Instead of just one flavor of insurance, Paul M. Peterson now has a
bushel of choices to offer customers.
"I opened an independent office to offer a greater variety of products
to reach more people," says Peterson, who planted All Apple
Insurance Agency in Rochester at the start of this month.
All Apple offers a full line of insurance types, including property,
casualty and life. Peterson can now also insure businesses and farms.
He and a sales staffer, Shannon Swygman, are now based in Suite
100 at 2215 Second St. S.W. (507) 285 – 5760.
Peterson, who is the principal and an owner of the business,
previously worked as an Allstate Insurance agent on Greenview
Drive Southwest.
Why change from working under the shady branches of one well known
brand to offering coverage from an orchard of companies?
"Now that we're not limited to one company, we are more
competitive," Peterson says. "Now we have access to 50-plus
companies. We can give you 10 quotes in 10 minutes."
Biz buzz
It looks like the Med City's hotel scene is buzzing as 2012 starts
winding up.
I'm hitting the hallways and checking things out. Hopefully, I'll be
able to serve up some news soon like an attentive bellhop with a room
service cart.
